Zhaoying New Materials’ R&D and production of high-pressure laminated resin boards are widely used in various indoor public spaces as decorative building materials for countertops, door panels, wall panels, or bathroom partitions.

High-pressure laminated resin board is manufactured by impregnating decorative colored paper with melamine resin, layering it with multiple sheets of black or brown kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, and then subjecting the assembly to high-temperature, high-pressure lamination. It is available in thicknesses ranging from 2.0 mm to 25 mm.

High-pressure laminated resin board relies on its surface color-paper layer to offer a wide range of decorative patterns and colors. It also boasts exceptional durability, impact resistance, moisture resistance, acid-alkali resistance, and antibacterial properties.
