2025
The second-phase project has been completed, successfully establishing a full-industry-chain system that spans outdoor ink R&D, digital printing, high-definition printing (for outdoor decorative paper and indoor high-definition decorative paper), adhesive formulation, impregnation, lamination, and machining. A comprehensive product portfolio has been launched, including digital-printed decorative paper, indoor high-definition printed decorative paper, outdoor weather-resistant decorative paper, Class-A fire-rated fiberglass boards, Class-A fire-rated composite panels, and metamaterial lithography art boards, thereby solidifying the company’s corporate positioning of “Quality Builds the Future Strength Leads the Way.”
2024
Based on feedback from both domestic and international markets, and drawing on two decades of R&D and manufacturing expertise, we are launching a new premium brand/product—the Leyingjia® Select Series fire-resistant panels—while also dedicating ourselves to the development of Class A fire-rated fiberglass boards.
2023
To mark the company’s 20th anniversary, we developed an aldehyde-free, ultra-soft fire-resistant board that has won widespread market acclaim.
2021
Preparations are underway for the Phase II construction of the industrial base, and the company has been honored as a Guangdong Provincial Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Enterprise and a National High-Tech Enterprise, thereby joining Shaoguan City’s Advanced Materials Industry Cluster.
2019
Guangdong Zhaoying Synthetic New Materials Co., Ltd. has been established to strategically position itself in the high-end, green, and innovative building materials market, build a multi-tiered product portfolio for premium building materials, deepen the development of its prefabricated construction business, embark on a green, low-carbon, and sustainable path of healthy growth, and strengthen its product patent portfolio while enhancing its system certification and accreditation framework.
2018
The company successfully relocated from Guangzhou to the Matou Industrial Park in Matou Town, Xinfeng County, where a 100-mu modern new production base has been smoothly completed and put into operation.
2017
The fine chemical production project has been completed, making our company the first in South China to hold all necessary licenses and permits and to have successfully passed the re-examination of the environmental impact assessment as well as the approvals for work safety and occupational disease prevention.
2016
The foundation has been laid for the construction of a 100-mu new industrial park in Xinfeng, establishing a large-scale industrial base and comprehensively optimizing and upgrading production lines to transition toward advanced, environmentally friendly, zero-emission, and pollution-free manufacturing practices.
2011
Completed the acquisition of the Aiminjia® and Zhenzhu® brands, thereby establishing a comprehensive brand portfolio under Zhaoying. Expanded into overseas markets by participating in major trade shows in Dubai, Malaysia, Taiwan, and other regions.
2008
Completed the product upgrade and replacement, and established the strategic development goal for refractory decorative panels.
2005
Guangdong G&P New Composite Material Co., Ltd. was established, marking a milestone in the development of the Zhaoying brand.
2003
The brushed aluminum panel has been successfully developed and entered mass production, making the company the first in China to manufacture high-end decorative panels with a brushed aluminum finish.
